1) Who we are “Vericonn”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to VERICONN, a partnership registered https://5dragonspokies.com/ in Karnataka, India, operating vericonn.co.in and providing MEP, interiors, civil/general contracting and allied services. Registered office: No. 1391, 3rd Floor, 12th Cross, Anantha Nagar Phase-2, Electronic City, Bengaluru 560100.

2) Acceptance

By accessing or using vericonn.co.in or engaging our services, you agree to these T&C and our Privacy Policy.

3) Scope of services

We deliver turnkey solutions including MEP, interiors, civil/general contracting, retrofit projects, data networking, fabrications, furniture, and electrical installations. Project-specific terms prevail over this summary.

4) Quotations, orders & changes,

– Quotations valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

– Prices exclude applicable taxes and statutory levies unless expressly included.

– Variations, site conditions, and delays may lead to revised costs/timelines.

5) Client obligations

Provide site information, timely approvals, design inputs, access, utilities, and payments.

6) Intellectual property
All site content, project photos, drawings, and documentation remain our IP unless expressly assigned.

7) Portfolio use
We may reference project details for portfolio/case-study purposes unless restricted by NDA.

8) Third-party materials
OEM warranties are as offered by manufacturers; we facilitate claims but are not the OEM warrantor.

9) Timelines
Schedules are estimates and assume clear sites, timely approvals, and uninterrupted supply.

10) Payments & taxes
Milestone-based payments; delays may attract interest. Taxes extra as applicable.

11) Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. No indirect or consequential liability.

12) Indemnity
You indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of these T&C or misuse of deliverables.

13) Website use
Site provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. External links not our responsibility.

14) Governing law
These T&C are governed by Indian law; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
